This turbo system is designed for 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L GM trucks and SUVs from 1999–2013. It offers excellent drivability, strong power potential (450–600 RWHP), and straightforward installation—ideal for stock or mildly built engines. Also provides noticeable towing improvements on 2500-series gas trucks.

4” Intercooler Upgrade
A larger, higher-flow intercooler for improved charge-air cooling. Recommended for higher boost levels or drivers who want maximum thermal efficiency.
Cooling System
28” Aluminum Dual-Core Radiator + Aluminum Shroud + SPAL 13” Fans
Ideal for spirited driving or track use. Provides exceptional cooling performance for back-to-back pulls and heavy load situations.
A/C Line Relocation Kit
Moves the discharge hose from the accumulator/dryer to the compressor, creating additional clearance for the turbo and downpipe.
Includes a new dryer and replacement hose.

Remote Start-Up Tuning
Send in your ECU during installation, and we will flash a safe base tune.
Enables the truck to start, run, and drive without boost to your tuner of choice.
Final tuning can also be completed in-house if preferred.
Daily Driver Turbo Kit for 1999–2013 GM Trucks & SUVs
For this kit to work without modification, you must use a 28" core radiator for proper intercooler piping clearance.
When choosing one of our fan options, you will need a fan wiring harness (not included). If you're looking for a nice, reliable kit, we recommend the BP Automotive kit.
