Turbo Heater Hose Upgrade  1999–2018 GM Trucks
 
These custom heater hoses are designed to eliminate the bulky factory “Y” hose located under the turbo and remove the factory fill point from the water pump area. The result is a cleaner, more streamlined setup with improved routing away from turbo components.
An inline fill must be used with this configuration.
Each hose is built with tight 90-degree fittings on both ends to improve clearance and allow proper routing in tight turbo applications. This design helps reduce clutter under the turbo while maintaining proper coolant flow to the heater core.
Hose Specifications
One hose: 5/8" on both ends
Second hose: 3/4" on the water pump side, reducing to 5/8" at the heater core
Tight 90-degree fittings for improved clearance
Supplied long so they can be trimmed for precise fitment
These hoses work especially well on 2014–2018 GM trucks to clean up the bulky factory heater lines and safely route them away from turbo piping and heat sources.
